Traveling to West Cape May

We’re making plans to go to West Cape May, New Jersey, and we found an adorable cottage to rent that surprisingly holds half a dozen people. It’s called Silver Maple Cottage and it’s on Fow Avenue in West Cape May. We’d been looking for West Cape May vacation rentals and found that Homestead Cape May Rentals has a nice selection and at this time of year you can get them at discounted rates, too.

This sweet little garden cottage is the cutest among West Cape May vacation rentals. It has been well-cared for and it shows. It’s just 3 blocks from the beach and downtown and within a short walk to restaurants in the area. Surrounded by flower gardens, silver maple trees, shrubs, and herbs you will feel close to nature.

Silver Maple Cottage is an ideal location for birders and also a great location for biking. Bicycles are for rent close by so take the time to cycle around West Cape May and Cape May Point. It's great fun! There are beautiful sunsets and a flag lowering ceremony at the end of the boulevard every evening, too.

The brightly colored queen bedroom is located on the 1st floor for your convenience, right next to the bathroom, with an access door to the screened porch. Upstairs the 2nd floor has a loft with a flat screen TV. The 2nd floor bedroom is also brightly colored with a queen size bed and a twin. The cozy front porch feels like you’re sitting in a garden with birds chirping all around you. Amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and wireless Internet.
